XLP (Extra Low Pressure) membranes are designed for reverse osmosis systems that require high-performance water treatment at exceptionally low operating pressures, as low as 4 bar (58 psi). This advanced technology helps reduce energy consumption while maintaining excellent water quality and system efficiency.

These membrane elements are specifically engineered for the desalination and treatment of low-salinity water sources, including surface water, groundwater, and municipal tap water with total dissolved solids (TDS) levels below 1,000 ppm. Their optimized design enables high permeate production even at very low operating pressures or with limited membrane surface area.

XLP membranes provide outstanding rejection of dissolved solids, chlorides, nitrates, heavy metals, and a wide range of other contaminants, making them suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment applications.

For small-scale industrial systems, laboratories, greenhouses, car wash facilities, and pilot-scale applications.

Available in standard sizes 2521, 2540, 4040, and 8040, XLP membrane elements are compatible with most industry-standard pressure vessels and offer an efficient, cost-effective solution for systems requiring high productivity, reliable performance, and reduced operating costs.
