Full description
ULP (Ultra Low Pressure) reverse osmosis membranes are designed to achieve maximum filtration efficiency even at very low operating pressures. They are ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial reverse osmosis systems where significant energy savings are required, while still ensuring excellent removal performance for dissolved salts, nitrates, heavy metals, and other contaminants.
These membrane elements are suitable for the desalination of raw water with a salt concentration of less than 2,000 mg/L. They feature high salt rejection, low operating pressure requirements, and high permeate flux, making them highly efficient for low-energy water treatment applications.
ULP membranes are widely used in systems treating municipal tap water and groundwater as feed sources. Typical applications include community direct drinking water production systems, as well as food and beverage industry water treatment processes.
Available in standard sizes 4021, 2540 and 4040 these membrane elements are compatible with standard pressure vessels of corresponding dimensions.
