The prices of each delivery will be indicated on the list in force on the date of shipment of the goods.

1.ORDER.
The goods was originally packaged in the quantity indicated in parentheses.
Doesn't accept complaints on phone orders.

2.CLAIMS.
Any claims for defective or missing goods must be indicated on Packing List, on delivery of the goods, any disputes or complaints for obvious defects must be notified in writing no later than 8 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

3. RESTITUTION OF GOODS.
It 's not right to refuse the goods or seek compensation for delay in delivery.
In any case, the restitution of goods must first be authorized in writing by filling out the form Sinergroup "RMA"

4. ABILITY OF PRODUCT.
The buyer must determine the suitability of the product for use expects to, taking any risk or liability arising out of it.

5. SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
For each shipment of material is applied in marking a charge of 2% on the total amount of the invoice.

6. PAYEMENT INVOICES.
Payment of invoices shall be made exclusively to Sinergroup Srl, within the agreed timetable.
